Xiaomi has a practice of releasing refreshed variants of some of its smartphones, such as the Redmi Note 8 2021. Now, a new such addition has appeared on the Google Play Console, namely the Redmi Note 11 Pro 2023.
This variant of the Redmi Note 11 Pro will feature a Snapdragon 712 chipset versus the Helio G96 in the original model. The camera section of the new version looks more like the Redmi Note 10 Pro, but the sensors themselves are unlikely to change.
It's quite likely that the change is only in the chip, which surprisingly isn't particularly new, and it's not clear why this move is being made.
